Ugh…Mindchatter has just been killing it.

But this track?

This remix?

It’s giving 

“I love you. No I don’t”

“I need you. No I don’t”

“I don’t really know. I don’t know anything.”

Sometimes we get lost in ourselves.

We get pulled in so many directions within our brains, we can’t seem to find our way.

And we can end up walking around our house hoping something will feel familiar. Something will feel concrete. Something will feel “right”.

But if we find the right track, instead of walking around the house we can dance instead.

And we might not find our way.  But we’ll definitely find our groove.
