Aug 20 Let Go | RAC

I love saying “No”. I should do that shit way more often.

I don’t say in often. In fact, it’s really hard for me to say. I’m really good at saying “ok”, or “well”, or “…”. But “No”? That is difficult for me.

But when I do, it feels SO good. Because I know I mean it. Because I realize that I’m putting my wants before someone else’s. And I’m not afraid of their reaction. I’m not afraid of the consequences. Because the thing is (that I’m just realizing now) there aren’t really any consequences.
