I love that Jon Bellion is not trying to place blame, or find reason, or apply logic. He’s just stating where he’s at. And owning it. 

I love it because no one tells you that sometimes that’s the best way to deal with that shit. You just have to be in that low place…acknowledge it…and that’s it. 

And eventually you’ll come out.
