I needed to escape yesterday.

Everything felt like it was piling up and I needed to get out.

So I drove to a beach I hadn’t been to before. I wanted something familiar and unfamiliar at the same time.

It felt good to focus on something else for a bit. To get lost in something.

To watch the waves, the rocks, the birds, the clouds.

It felt good to connect with everything and nothing at the same time.

And it felt good to have this track on while I was doing it.
